Shipping policy

Please allow 1-7 days for processing orders.

Ensure you include apartment number or suite number for swift shipping

Shipping & Billing must match. Orders with different shipping and billing will be canceled.

Once packages are received by USPS, we are not responsible for the package. USPS is liable for package and should contact them with questions of concerns.

If you believe that your package was lost or stolen please contact the courier first and then email us. We are no responsible for lost or stolen packages.
